2024 4th of July Parade Application

The Carthage Rotary Independence Day Parade is a family-oriented event. The deadline for Application is July 1, 2024, at 5 pm. The parade begins at 11 am on Tuesday, July 4th, 2024. You will be contacted via email regarding line-up procedures for the parade.

Equestrian Units will not be permitted in the parade due to cleanup requirements.
